CUSTOM METAL PARTS · DESIGN TO PRODUCTION
Custom metal parts, from your drawing or your first sketch. Bring the idea. Let’s work through the details.
One clear path from
design intent to a finished part.
TWO WAYS TO GET STARTED
You don’t need every answer.
You just need a starting point.
Share your geometry and requirements. We’ll review the scope for a custom machining quote.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO FINISHED PART
A drawing, a sketch, or the problem your part needs to solve.
Align on geometry, material, quantity, and the features that matter.
Review the drawing revision, scope, price, and production plan.
Use the agreed requirements to guide production and inspection.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Yes. Start with a sketch, photos, or a description of what the part must do. Include the available space, mating parts, and any dimensions you already know. We can then define the design work needed.
The drawing revision, material or material requirements, quantity, destination, and important fit or finish requirements. If something is undecided, say so; it can be resolved during the technical review.
The concept viewer supports drag rotation, preset front, top, side and back views, and zoom. Public examples use demonstration geometry; order requirements belong in the approved engineering drawing.
A geometry, material, or quantity change can affect both cost and manufacturing. Confirm the revised drawing and quotation before authorizing the next stage.
